rich chocolate mousse pie | seekthewelfare

This pie is both dangerous and an absolute life-saver. It takes perhaps fifteen minutes to throw together making it the perfect grief food as well as the perfect oh-my-goodness-our-dinner-guests-are-almost-here dessert.

A note on using it as grief food: It's mostly vegetable but doesn't taste like it. If, on occasion, you find that you have eaten several pieces (as I have before), you can rest assured that you could have eaten something much worse for you that didn't taste nearly as good.
