sauvignon blanc

yakima valley

found at the local liquor store ($8)

Our apartment slowly filled up with friends and acquaintances, some back from far travels, some from right across the lake, and some from practically next door. Katie uncorked the wine and the conversation jumped from one point of the circle to the next, across and back again. The soup was on, the conversation encompassed the opera, Costa Rica, and favorite libations, and the wine grabbed warm light from the candles and threw it in different directions.

AROMA | clean and fresh

MOUTH FEEL | gathers softly around the front of the tongue

TASTING NOTES | crystal grapefruit and lemon fade into a light and warm apple
