heading out for a week

Just as the weather grows cool outside, we're heading off to the desert. A break from the bakery (with its lack of air conditioning and nearly constant ovens) will be a restful change of pace, though the week will certainly present its own challenges and, I'm certain, long hours and high temperatures.
