white bean hummus

This recipe is cheap, simple, quick, and delicious. Currently, that is an ideal combination for me and I'm in love, especially with the new flavor profile that it has. No cauliflower taste, no nutty sweetness, no coconut texture. I made two batches of it the first week I discovered it. And if you put it on these southern biscuits? It almost tastes like yeast.

White Bean Hummus

2 1/2 c soaked, cooked, and drained navy beans
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1 t sea salt
3 T fresh lemon juice
3 T olive oil

Combine and blend in a high-powered blender or food processor to desired consistency, adding water if needed.

Store in the fridge.
